The new, 100,000 square foot, three story medical center has an expected completion date of Q3 2020. Calspan Development & Construction is the turn key developer and contractor for the project. The bio-medical campus will be the hub of the medical campus with class A medical office space and multiple surgery suites for Ortho Rhode Island.

The building will be built in two phases; First will be a 60,000-square-foot building, then a 40,000-square-foot extension. The total project cost is approximately $42 million.
