Primarily responsible for financing the acquisition of Calspan in 2005, Mr. Yurtchuk remains actively involved in strategic business decision making and corporate finance in his role as an owner and Chairman of Calspan. John founded Matrix Development Corporation in 1990 and has successfully developed, financed, and constructed several million square feet of commercial real estate in Western New York, the New York City metropolitan area, and in Florida.
